According to Vroom’s guide to the new expansion, the damage is capped at lvl 66. Does this mean whatever damage, let’s say, the drag staff, is doing at lvl 66, this same amount of damage will apply to higher lvl enemies/bosses? Hypothetically speaking, if the drag staff does 5% health damage to Jarl, who is lvl 66, has 100 health, the actual damage would be -5 off of Jarl’s health. At lvl 71, Jarl has 1000 health, if the damage of the drag staff is capped at lvl 66, it would deal a whopping -5 just as it did to lvl 66 Jarl?

he did say it was scaled to 41 but im sure it was typo xd probably suppose to be 46 , he also said while testing it had 1/3 of the 12.5% dmg it was doing now @66, proc has a dmg cap(For example: if a boss has 1 million health, your proc is trying to deal 10% of the enemy's health, and the cap is 50,000. Normally 10% of 1 million would be 100,000, but instead the weapon will deal the maximum value, 50,000 ) and dmg cap will go lower as you fight mobs/bosses higher than lvl 46 meaning lower dmg @higher lvls :D. Just think of it somewhat like the arc ring stat scaling
