When "someone" sends you a "PM", you get the "on screen" message but, it "does not" appear in the "alerts" tab located on the screen and this causes you to have to "manually" type in /tell "somebody" in order to get back to them or, if lucky, they are from your friend's list and you can just click the "message" button under their name to get back to them.......
The alert used to show up in the "alerts" tab and from there we were able to just click the message and simply reply from that......... So, the bug is that it no longer does that.
