Rainbow Pride Lady Dissappered after I bought plat

Tittle says it all. Went to sergios, bought plat for rainbow pets, rainbow pet vendor was gone when I got back from the purchase screen. Didn't see an update pushed to my app and it says event is still going on. What's up with that?
