It's pretty much random

You can run 10 times and get 10 tokens, but you could also run 100 times and get 3 tokens lol

On the whole they drop quite rarely. I've only received 3 from 50+ runs. However there are those lucky few who have gotten 10+ in similar run numbers or less to me.
