Where's my platinum?

I bought 5.00 worth of platinum but I don't have any money to buy anything it always say insufficient gold. Did I do something wrong or did I misunderstand. Is platinum not worth anything. Because it's annoying that I bought it 3 days ago and it's never showed up. I figured it was something I did wrong. And when are we going to get a world to run around in. I love the dungeons but this could be so much more.

Check your iTunes balance, if it's the same it didn't go through. If your idevice is jailbroken problems can occur with inapp purchases.

Gold and platinum are two different things. If the message you get says you do not have sufficient gold, then you are not buying plat items. To spend plat, go to the store tab in your menu, and tap the third button down behind your avatar, that's the plat store.

You can only buy stuff in the platinum store with platinum, the regular stores are for gold. You can buy gold with platinum, you won't get much though. :/
