Damage,health and dps number bug?

Every time I lvl up and I add on str,it show up my dps and damage and health is increasing,but after that later it changed again to the previous damage , health and dps,is it this bug?pls fix it,I already keep Respec few times,but it same result.it always changed back to previous result.
