Best ultimate ?

Which Ultimate is best for their class ? For example speed is best ultimate for rogue, idk if its true or not, just giving an example for a better understanding and remember im talking about all 3 classes

For me..refuel whatever it's called..the one that makes us go fast and ignores mana. I tried aimed but wasn't impressed. I'm not altogether over the moon with any and some people have not bothered with ultimates and put points on masteries.
