Earn rewardpoints once reaching lvl cap

Hi everyone :)

Once a player reaches the current lvl cap, he should get reward points (rp) instead of exp. rp can only be earned by players who have reached the cap and is used as a currency to buy items. once the level cap rises, the points reset. items are very pricy and its just an alternative to random luck.

what do you think?

I guess maybe give incentive to kill things as opposed just running past to the bosses

I think it would be better to maybe earn these reward points for Power leveling people but they can't really be used for items and instead are just a away to show your contribution to the community. They could maybe be called valor points or something like that and if you accumulate enough, a very large sum, you can get some sort of reward, whatever it may be. My idea isn't so much like his but It made me think of this.
