Multiple Phishers. He got new accounts. Please ban!

Looks like people are falling for his scam. I am seeing different names and not L2 toons anymore. He has got higher level toons, just like he wanted in his town spam.

3 Names so far. I am sure there are more. The sooner they are dealt with, the sooner people stop giving this guy accounts.
