Question about new arcane pend + ring

So I recently got the new arcane ring + pendant because I like the aura that looks like a campfire but I can't seem to proc it when I want to only seems to work when I stand next to a warrior in festerfang outpost who has a set can a dev or mod or someone explain why this is?

71 arcane ring and amulet have no aura. They might add one when we are able to equip the full arcane set. I dont know what you mean sorry :/

You might have mistaken some pet AA as the aura

STS stated they added a VFX proc to arc ring which does not work ofc :/

No aura on equip but there is a Vfx for arcane item procs. It came with last weeks content update (256534).

The only time a notice an effect that’s new is when I use a portal, there’s a fire flash when I appear on other side

It's only in the fighting pit it procs while attacking looks like a campfire or bon fire.

Seems to only proc while in the fighting pit and only if I'm near a warrior in the red faction idk why I thought it might be useful in raids but I can't seem to proc it there spend over 8m on it I hope they can fix it.

I use the new ring+pendant and never notice the proc VFX. I don't know what it's supposed to look like but maybe you need to be zoomed in up close to see it?
