Is the precise jewel stat supposed to slightly decrease when socketed into items of certain levels? Or do they give the full stat as advertised no matter the item level?

If the item level is lower than the jewel then the jewel can not be slotted into that item

What I meant was.........
The jewel shows this:
169633
When socketed in Lv.66 weapon, it shows this:
169634
There is a lack of an explanation/description in game that "explains" this so, I was just wondering if anyone here had an idea why this happening????........

It's a display rounding artifact - it's showing one fractional digit for the first one and 2 for the second one. They're +0.98% crit.

This is fixed for the next patch (should show .98 in both cases).
