I understand Arcane Legends has this as more of an issue than us.

But it is occurring again for Pocket Legends.

It it either a low level character spamming open chat or
Private messaging you on an account that they have already scammed and gained access to. This person would have fallen for the scam and given the website their pocket legends log on details.

"The platinum store is bugged, everything is free" and go to this website.

"pocketlegends.pw"
"pockerlegends.xyz"

Please report them immediately on game.

/report(name)
/reportchat(name)

Take a screen shot of the conversation and go on to the Sts support website and submit a case.

https://support.spacetimestudios.com/

These are phishing scam websites.

They do not give you anything but steal your account details. Asking for your email and password.

Never give your email and password to anyone. STS will never ask for these details from you, neither should your friends on game.

Since Spacetime Studios cannot do anything about the person's domain or website, it is most effective to report it to proper authorities. This case is so similar to the ones we've seen in the past and most likely is conducted by a small number of people. Sometimes, his domain or website is suspended effectively -- however, this single individual or small group of people continue to using new domains and hosts (after they have been suspended) to collect personal information from users in order to gain access into someone's account.

For reference, an email address is a form of personal information. There are many ways that you can have the domain removed. From reporting it to the domain registrar or host or by seeing https://www.us-cert.gov/report-phishing.

This is a clear attempt to phish. (1) "employing social engineering techniques": free platinum! [since people using PL have a hard time earning platinum - this is probably the only way someone thinks!], (2) "crafted to appear as if they have been sent from a legitimate organization": from Spacetime Studios game known as Pocket Legends [even the domain corresponds of 'pocketlegends'], (3) "asked to provide personal information": asked for one piece of personally identifiable information - an email address, (4): "future compromises": result of victimization - the person steals an account which may have valued assets (any form of investment they have in the game - either a high level with lots of currency or purchased platinum).

-- Note: Since this topic seems relevant to contacting support, some attention needs to go to how hard it is to create tickets in the STS Support Center unless you have those URLs saved in your browser. They should maybe improve navigation and allow users to sign in with their Spacetime Studios account.

This screen shot was taken by another.

They went on to this phishing website.

It clearly attempts to steal your log on details asking for your email and password.

Please do not ever give these details ever to anyone. Not even your friends and STS will never ask you for this information.

They got the old site at the pw domain disabled :) Now the phisher has the same content up on a new site on the xyz domain. That's next to go down.
