These are weird because afaik they only drop in the swamps but are a level 36+ item. Since there are not purples or pinks, most people probably liquidate the kite shields since they can't even be used by most people who pick them up.

They are lame, I got like 4 to drop in AO1, liquidated them all, crap armor, don't know why everyone wants them. I kinda did because they looked cool.....
