Ok i just finish crafted my dex set last nite.
It give a cool red smoke looks very nice. And these sets look like the old custom sets days which is great. Dex birds and mage will rule the land again ;).

Or is it possible to craft them with 61/63 items?

Only lvl65 Set Items are craftable :)

Yes, that is normally the case.
But if you look at the forgers menu, you won't see lvl 65 gear restrictions like in Nuris. Also it seems very unlikely he got both the bow and armor lvl 65, when there are non in CS

You need to take your vanities off! Can't see anything other than the bow and smoke.
Lol! Whoops! Silly me! Oh well, basically it's red. It look almost like a rageborn plate on a bird. The stats are pretty impressive though and the bow STUNS like a demonic mace. Mighty useful in PvP for kiters!

Aww that's just sooo cudly, that sweet sugar pink cloud of a set-sparkle! Can't wait to see a crafted int-set on a mage, cause it'll make the mage look even more girlish :yay:

That is xbow set. Longbow set is 5x better because of damge add another 120 dps and 20 more damge each . Good kill any str build pally included ;).

One would argue that it takes a "not very good person" to make a comment like this on a thread that has nothing to do with a persons character but is only a way to showcase a new set that no one has seen fully crafted yet... Take your trolling elsewhere .
