The balloon goes in your pet vanity slot and it follows you around. Pretty fun :) No stats or anything though...
It's so easy being green ;)

It's alright, not jumping up and down in excitement, I'll pass up on this one, going to wait for an "actual" pet that looks more "badass" and actually has some sort of "benefit" in any way. ;D Have a good day.
