I think it’s by boiling the egg then removing the egg outer shell after its cook

Actually there is a think Called „Eierschalensollbruchstellenverursacher“ in Germany, which is able to crack the shell open but let’s everything intact.
It‘s pretty cool actually. But I never tried with a raw egg. Only with boiled, but I think it workes the same.

Place the egg in a jar and fill it with enough vinegar to cover the egg. Cover the jar and let it sit for 3 days. At the end of the 3 days, the shell will have dissolved and you are left with the yolk!
