Big luck doesn't work in mount fang?

So I didn't see any "got lucky" and reroll messages from the st partricks and trasher elixir since mount fang came up , only new luck elixir works of course, is this the way it should be?

1st post and it's all bout luck. They wouldnt make you buy the elixer to reroll.

It is broken. We have tested and emailes support. Even the 20 plat one does not ever reroll.

I've used 4x combo elixirs from 62 to 65 and 7k xp and have never gotten a "feeling lucky.." which is crazy given the amount of drops we get per run from mobs.

I used big luck and got a rerolled pink from a mini boss? :/

probably got messed up when they released the patch that said you would get the better loot when you rerolled

I contacted support about this problem because I spent a pretty big amout of plat on these luck elixirs. I stated they weren't working and that there were posts on the forum...

The response I got didn't acknowledge the problem at all, they completely ignored that section. All the guy said was "Sorry you weren't happy with your purchase, we refunded it"

Well, maybe he or she has about a thousand similar complaints and that's the standard reply.

For all we know, maybe when you get lucky it doesn't display it and goes on ahead to just say you or someone else got the drop? Sometimes with lots of farming runs, the chatbox fills up with the yellow rerolling words pretty fast.
