I dontt know for sure but they usually do it after ursoth but this year does not seem like it.

I got tons of them ready for Scrambled Egg-zavier so I can loot those OP arcanes.
If anyone wants buy a few send a pm. I saved them for this event lol.

im pretty sure double boss lix dont work on eggzavier

Only luck does not work on them but double loot elix works differently

Update:

Tested this out now and it turns out it gives u 2 eggs instead of 1. Each of the eggs independently reroll so u could get 2 arcanes, 2 mythics, 2 legendary etc
