A full dex avian with 130dex at lv25 only hits 6 dodge. I'm not sure how strength and intelligence affect their respective classes but dosn't 20attribute points per 1 dodge point seem abit low?
Assuming every status point from level 1 to level 100 is put into dex, you would probably be barely hitting 24 dodge. And this is before taking into consideration bosses and upper level monsters that seem to have much higher hit rates.
