Hence they would know it prior today that there would be a holiday so update must be scheduled accordingly without fake news or at least inform the players about it.

I guess they forget or take this game very lightly but people here are wasting REAL MONEY ON BUYING PLATINUM.

I really don't know the issue yet so I won't comment anymore.

And you can't say it so simple coz now a days the technology is up to mark...I don't need to go to my work place to inform my employees about any delay or some other issue.

It's just negligence, else they can just confirm some update on some social platform.

Again I am not saying it for personal issue it's a common issue for every gamer who plays dark legends and like it to play forward but this type of negligence can kill the game

Unfortunately there was some confusion about when when prizes would be available and some friends missed out on getting their weapons. Would it be possible to reopen access to prizes for another 24 hours? They worked very hard for their guild to make gold tier and it is really a shame they missed the prize buying window.

A 48 hour window to collect the prize would be nice.
