My Char being ripped off 5% hit

i have a lvl 62 war with dex only and i have enough armor and everything to max my hit% to 155 and it is only giving me 149% this is a out rage

armor i have
helm: vampyr dark pilgrim hat
weap:chiroptera dagger of the stake
armor: Lv 60 glyph armor of obedience
Sheild: glyph wing of mimicry

my dex is 307 base and 389 total dex.

yeah cuse it wont go any higher then 149 but wen u go to change armor or anything it shows a -2 or -5 and stays at 149 or 148

So you found the hit cap of 149? I wouldn't be too worried of missing attacks with 149% Hit :)

I just equipped random items from stash and got 151 no problem. Not really following tbh.

Anyways, as stated above, you can't really miss with a hit% over 100 :). Well unless you are debuffed!
