Ranking Points For Equipment

I've been playing around with a ranking system for equipment. Its very early days. I've inclused some examples below.

I have used the following values for my ranking values:

AC: 0.75 - *DPS: 0.75 - STR: 0.27 - DEX: 0.27 - INT: 0.27 - DGE%: 1.75 - CRIT%: 1.75 - H/S: 2.00 - M/S: 2.00
Feedback on these numbers more than welcome and encouraged. They are simply a starting point.

*DPS for weapons is calculated by: Average of Min & Max damage divided by weapon speed.

Scarab Bow of Horus = Average of 80 and 102 (91), divided by 1.2 = 76
