View Full Version : Disable enchantments option.
When hosting a game why can't there be a disable enchantments checkbox? I understand this completely takes away the reason they were created,But all it does is kill player base simple as that. What is the reasoning behind not being able to disable them or make them pve only? If the plan was to make people level up to endgame the ship has sailed. The people who want to do that have LONG done it and its time twink reverts back to being playable and not vacant for no reason.There will always be players who are not interested in leveling up and just pvping and this goes for almost all mmos.I feel like the twink players left are bored of the same low levels and want a revival of the higher levels. Why does under level 50 get this luxury but 50-76 not. So now you say but plpr where is the revenue in staying the same level and only pvping. Well its been going for months now and that's events. There is no money to be made when the player base of those levels does not exist.

Once the most balanced levels of PvP (50-76) are now the most unbalanced. Qtr Weapons + Enchantments are broken.

In order for this to happen, Quarter Stat weapon would also need a nerf in pvp just like the same way Pure Stat weapon received a nerf. Keep Quarter Stat overpowered in PVE to keep its appeal for events, leveling and such though.

Noooo :( .If this happens I will be upset because I’m so bad at pvp , since enchantment exist I can beat everyone easily without knowing what skill I use

Yes please, alot of people quit the game because 50-76 is unplayable now, by bringing this back it will revive the community alot

Hi, I have an idea, maybe it might be useful for players who did not like it very much, the ammys update, how about having rooms with ammys use options or not? or perhaps for everything to be balanced, only the rings of Plat would be used ... that for Me becomes Everything balanced in pvp 30-40 I hope that at least us of this Option, because it is too sad to take a Fire and a drain and die with two hits! help us make everything fun for everyone! This is only a suggestion.

Wow are you really posting this?
If you look carefully there is honor pvp map which provide pvp without enchantment and the sets are cheap too. Cinco has done a great job on making honor pvp map so you should be happy and stop complaining.

Not all of us are commited enough to cap. plus, we shouldnt need to do so to have balanced pvp :]

I'm not an avid PvPer myself.
But it does concern me when I hear of many who twink PvP and some have end game capped alts, are quitting PL as a direct result from the introduction of amulets and enchantments.

There are 9 (nine) different players who advocate a need for the option to disable enchantments and or amulets in the low level pvp arena, particularly for levels 30 to 40.
Is it possible to expand the arena of honor to twink pvp? To cater for levels 30, 35 and 40 pvp?

If they do this there’s no point of people level their character to max cap. They will stay at low level PvP which means no profit for STS.
They’re kind enough to give you ( PL player ) honor pvp map which is balanced and sets are cheap . If you’re asking more than this please think of what Cinco has done and honor pvp map was made to bring all pvp players to endgame pvp.

If your that bad off that enchants are hurting you that much just enchant your items to be the best. Although, I know certain people that don't use enchants that can still win no matter what level.

Yes please!
I tried out QTR at L50 and all I had to do was blast and auto and I won almost every fight, as long as I outranged the opponent. Absolutely no skill there.

There is a skill of what you do there in 50 pvp. The knowledge of range is really important so it wasn’t luck or p2w

I have some great enchants on my items in endgame and other levels, although I love it I would agree that people should chill on this subject. I would like a disable option button to show that its not due to what enchants you have and show your skill. But I doubt it will happen since they incorporated honor arena for us to be happy!
