I collected all the seven party hats but i didn't recieved the the title... i equiped the birthday set and got the achievement but i still didn't achieve the the happy hatter achievement... can someone please fix this

Red Raver, Black-n-gold, Winter sky, Passion pink, Silver sky, Hint o' lime, Chocolate and Black-on-black
