I was at forger in peak Fnag when i saw that you online need lilith wand and all the other crafting stuff for the crafted wand, there was no l 65 in front of the name of the wand
does that mean i can craft a lvl 61 wand into lvl 65 stuff? .D

Only 65 is craftable :) you cant craft lower lev stuff into higher lev stuff
