When I try ordering plat on my phone ” Android” it sends me a notification in email. Saying purchase request, and charges. Then I get another email saying Purchase Failed. I even reinstalled PL but not luck. Please, any solution?:(

Same thing happened to me when I tried to bill phone..worked when I used my credit card tho

My guess is you are on wifi and trying to bill to phone. Get on 3g and do it. I assume its like that because it needs to verify that you have an active data plan.
