Hello everyone , is it only me who doesnt get respond from al support ? Before when i sent a message there was an automatic email , now i sent an email 4 days ago and got nothing . maybe arcane legends changed support adress? Please feel free to comment

I sent mail too n no answer. It wasn't a report mail also.

Tons of people messaged sts with lies. She isn't calling you a liar, just informing you there are lots of people sending sts emails. Btw sts said if you send more than 1 email at a time then it puts you in the back of the line.

depends when you emailed too remember their building is closed Friday 5pm cst till Monday 8am cst I'm sure devs work from home these hours but it's alot to check all emails so problie bad timing on ur part or the staff haven't seen yet

I sent them mail at Friday got response at Tuesday, just don't spam them.

It’s the weekend, they won’t respond yet. Be patient and wait until Monday-Tuesday. Also try and PM one of the devs through the forums maybe they can address your problem faster that way. Anyway Good Luck!

I've lost my account once before, sts found it for me withing 5-6 days. I think its wiser to message support early in the week as they don't work on weekends. Had 2 of my accounts restored withing 2 weeks time but now i can't find the actually website i used to contact support so idk.

Sts sends u a message, if u don't send exact details they don't even reply. Had to resend my message a few times for second account as i was unsure of all details
