kershal vanity will not load properly with arcane artifact level 60 after changing map this is the only artifact wont work properly when changing maps please assist to fix

The particles from them were just synced up, so it was hard to see both. They should be offset from each other a bit if you patch now.

They are no longer synced. They spin separately which is kinda distracting
