They transferred masters in guilds before, idk why they would not be able to do any thing now.

So sorry for what happened to ur friends guild.. sadly there are some ppl that do these irresponsible actions like kick all members of guild :(

About sts... i dont think they can help u in current situation.. cause to them it appear in record that old master volontierly trans master to other player...

What ur friend shall do now... is to report that player that hold master now... for kicking guild members.. and try to ask many ppl to report his actions too.. so sts ban him...

Then after he ban.... Original guild owner ask support on sts to trans master to any existing member...

Ofc.... all will be left under sts evaluation to situation...
