The mystery quests are available at the alien oasis town museum.

You need to buy the recipe for the staff for 5 plat from ramla. (in the museum) the other recipes should be free from quests

you have to accept a quest in alien oasis, go toward the museum and inside is an enchantress (i think shes called Ramla, or someting like that) after that u have to purchase a recipe for 5 platinum, and then complete the quest :)

museum. costs 5 plat. not worth it in my opinion... but then again its just my opinion. I'm more of a wand person.
