Low Level Vanity Farming

I was just wondering since I was having a blast this week. Saw everyone cooperating, making new friends... We l50 QTRs had a great time farming together.
Why can we always farm vanity like this? wihout any fansy vanity at the end of each event. Ofcourse the chance of getting vanity would be low, for example... Vanity will be farmed in Shadow Caves, droppable from every boss, weapons from DJns Helms and Armor from Prince,Demon,Witch. The vanity dont need to be new either. And chances can be extremely low. Also it can be similar to the Maxx Mages way of farming vanity, by hard and soaring quests.

I like the idea of a different lower level elite map that provides special vanities to farm.

The elite maps to farm special items where always end game in the past.

• Fire Forrest: black dragon pinks, ichor quest for level 71 fire elites (original quests removed).
Map remained with loot table changed to level 75 legendary items.

• Mystery Mash: level 71 humania elites (map removed)

• Red Dragon Slayer: starry garb vanity and level 76 elite weapons
