Need Advice About Infested Swamp Map

I wanna know what are those little thingies that spread around the map and has the boss aura under them

And also how to avoid that insta kill from the boss , i dont see any alerts that the insta kill attack is coming , or maybe im just missing it

FlyLord’s instakill can be countered by Warrior’s Heal (Shield) and Glowstik AA.
Timing and accuracy are needed.

But what is the sign that shows that the boss is about to do the instakill

look out for the skull icon on top of boss its the sign for insta kill and to avoid it go and stand in purple circles which pop up or colour pools when it pops
