Is there any twink (under lv61) pvp brackets that are super active? if so, let me know. Looking to play pvp again, but not one-shot kill pvp. Thanks!

No bracket is super active, 49-50/61-63/71 is the best you'll get

Twink is no more unless you’re trying to kill a level 10 rogue with 1,700 armor

Pvp become a desert in basically all lvls. Too high armor stack awakens kill low lv pvp from lv 5 to lv 30, damages are too low compared to armor no one dies. Lv 71 as u can see is very unbalanced at pve and situation in pvp is even worse. 61 63 41 43 very small activity. First one for speed set fight second for old style fights. Most of the action is in lv 50 but don't consider it active. People leave play here in just one day broken equipment like drag sword and glint set make people leave quickly.
