respec lvl 67; need suggestions

Hi everyone, it's Seraphinefia
Thanks to the double xp event I'm now lvl 67 and I definitely need ultimate. Can someone plz suggest some skill builds. I mostly play PvE.
And is there any better way to get respec except from elite runners?
Any comment will be highly appreciated. Thank u.

I've found many rogue using aim shot as ultimate skill, and i think the easiest way to loot respec scroll is from the elite runner chest, or you can buy it with gold or with hauntlet coin. About rogue pve build, you can check youtube, sometimes people will post their build and if you like it you can use it.
