This week we'll bring back a very special (tm) Fighting Spirit Event, and we're adding a ton of Murkstones as well!

Murkstone Drops:


This week players have 2X loot drop rate for Murkstone Fragments and Murkstone Tokens from bosses in the Festerfang Swamp.

The Spirit Hulk's loot table also drops Murkstone Fragments and Tokens instead of Ankhs for this event.

Double Spirit XP


During this week-long event, everyone earns double Spirit XP off the bat!

Spirit XP Elixir Kit

From the Promoted section of the Store you will find a limited number of Spirit XP Elixir Kits.

These can be hoarded and will not expire after the event. These will grant an additional 50% bonus on your Spirit XP in Festerfang for 60 minutes.

Croc Spirit Hunter Elixirs

In the Elixir section of the Store you can find Croc Spirit Hunter Elixir Kits.

These are for use during this Spirit XP event only. They give the wearer (and their party) the chance to spawn the Croc Spirit Hulk in Festerfang for 60 minutes.

Please note that this is the only way to get the Croc Spirit Hulk to spawn, but only one party member needs it.

Locked Fighting Spirit Crates


The Croc Spirit Hulk has a chance to drop Murkstone tokens and a Locked Fighting Spirit Crate. These crates are tradable and stashable, and cost 5 plat (or crate keys) to open

They contain, among other things, the Mireguard Set Ring items:

My question is what will happen with hydra map?
I spend hours working in a set for that map want know if will be good i keep farming there. Or if the loot will be impossible to get like arcane chest.

A quick note to the folks who feel the need to comment on how bored they are with another 2x event.

By now you should understand that our roadmap consists of large tentpole events with minor filler events.

These are meant to change things up but not necessitate a grind on your part.

Last week we asked you what specific events (https://www.spacetimestudios.com/showthread.php?430795-9-18-18-Preview-2x-Dragkin-Teeth) you would like us to run during these low-pressure weeks.

Murkstone drops was one of the top contenders. There were a few others that were popular as well so we'll sprinkle then in between now and the end of the year.

If you don't like it that is fine, but please remember that we ask you to be constructive here on the forums.

Btw..why did sts put cap on red coins up to 12 only when we have limited choices in the shop? I hit cap twice and end up buying things i don't need. I hope those gears willl be made tradeable or at least stashable. The other way to solve this is increase the cap so we can keep those coins for future use.

completely agree with crocodile. What's the point of having red swamp coins once you get arcane ring and ammy and the mire set pieces. They are useless. Make the items at this vendor tradeable or at the least stash able so you can give to another character of yours. Already wasted 10 coins by hitting rogue ring by mistake. What's point of having all the classes in the store when they aren't tradeable or stash able. Just asking for trouble and people getting annoyed.

If they put a large number for the red coin cap then everyone who farms alot there would be able to insta buy whatever they put in the vendor thats new to it. I for one would have over 100 and probably closer to 200. Although that may seem fine to some players, thats not the way to do it. Sts is doing it the right way although they could add in something like 1/1 trade in on untradeable elite awaken gem or something.

Also @ your other post: i wouldnt expect to find mire dropping in the maps for a few months, probably next year or so. They are in locks for a reason, people need to understand this game can be played for free and sts needs to keep some things in locks to generate cash.

At least increase the varities of items can be bought with red coins then. I don't mind be it stash or inventory slots..or mayb quick inventory slots (new thang in game). Or made the coin craftable so ppl can sell it to others who need it most.
