Iceberg is a good set for 30.

Iceberg Plate and longsword is a must because of the very high weapon damage. Helm, Id either take a vyxnaar or a sniper's, depends on the money you are willing to spend. This is a very good build in PvP. From your thread title I assume that you are rather doing PvE with it? Pls specify what :) (eg scaled swamp farming). In PvE I always perfer ranged bird builds, but at 30 the longsword is propably still superior, damagewise.

Black Ice is a quest item, that has totally identical stats with the "normal" version.
Green Ice is lvl32 and very pricy...
Just sayin' :)

As others already stated, iceberg set is your best option for farming bird, like others i woud consider using iceberg hatchet/shield set due better dodge/regens/armor. It's better for farming swamps.
