charged or not for rogue skills

After played different classes, i hav a feeling that compared to other classes, rog prob doesnt need to charge her skills as much as other classes. Because rog is always fast moving, and the charged skills are not significantly more beneficial than the noncharged.

When i read the instruction of all aimed shot related skills, there is nothing realy related to the benefit of "charged" aimed shot. Have i missed anything ?

Charge shadow peirce. Everything else is basically waiting enemies to show up and unleashing havoc apon thee .also for looks haha
