Does level 63 sets give bonus?

With the lack of lvl 65 gear and pink drops are almost non-existent and the ones that are in CS are just not affordable... Does anyone know if level 63 sets give bonus?

PS I've been switching between demonic and mixed match fang gear, and curious if a set is actually better.

Yep. 61 and 63 give a bonus, given it's a complete correct set and they're all the same level:)

Thanks! I notice that the non craftable pinks have a slight higher armor (e.g. Chiroptera vs Lilith) and in some an extra dmg point (e.g. Vampyr vs Sanguine, etc) so I'm curious too how much bonus difference there may be, as the price seems to be very close.
