Would be great to have my name/toon back as support promised. I did lose all of my items after all, would be great if there was at least some justice to this.

STS support replied back telling me that my account and its characters would be recovered, but the items lost were be irreversible. I logged on several days ago and first saw that they had only restored the twinks I never used, not Ghost though.

This isn't a popularity contest to me. Very few opinions actually matter in this community. I call it as I see it. Some just can't handle that. There was no hack. Merely subterfuge.
