login problem

Whats wrong with pl...i cannot login well into any acc cuz the game keep stucks at loadings.i even reinstalled and cleared cach but noting changed...if anyone alse has the same problem then its a bug.any idea on this?

If this is still happening, pm with character name and what platform you play on and we'll take a look.

My characters are Hyonko (mage), Hsanko(bear) and Ilumiere(bird) all my three chars have the same problem.

Nah the game isnt filthered by my country.its something more like a lag in loadings n i can log on sometimes..

My characters are Hyonko (mage), Hsanko(bear) and Ilumiere(bird) all my three chars have the same problem.Looking at the specs on the devices your using, I'd focus on the note 5, as I don't feel the j1 has sufficient RAM nor the GPU for any type of gaming. Also check to be sure your internet is running smoothly... Particularly upload speed is overlooked by ISP's as it's not as important for "streaming". While downloading is what you're trying to do, if you're not getting the data uploaded you want downloaded, you'll go nowhere.
