Always 2 levels under the lowest recommended level if I'm not mistaken:) So if the campaign is 30-35/36, the requirement should be Lv 28 (Not familiar with the campaigns on SL, so I can't give you a straight forward answer, sorry)

The pattern is weird Bod. Not all of them are even numbers.
Might have to do with Shipyard being a level 31 to 35 zone but stuff like Numa being level 20 to 25.

Thought the same buddy, until I looked at it from another perspective.
If you think about it from Labs-Delta there was no 'Elite cap' STS just came up with a round off number between 1-4 campaigns. Then realising they would need to make room for 'Cap' it was too late to change back or because 1-3 (1) 4-7 (2) seemed more fair 8 (3) you get a whole lot more xp so 6 levels wasnt to bad :P
5 Levels and Cap is how its more than likely to stay at so next will be,
SY Part 2 - 34-40 and 41 Cap ;) (So make sure you (everyone) level past 33 :p)

Level 29 gets you in Shipyards, work hard and enjoy it soon as you hit 29.. Good Luck!!!

Think you misunderstood me buddy, from Lab-Cycorps had no Cap it went from Labs-Delta.
My point being was to show how Lvl 8 Cycorps jumped to Lvl 14 (6 levels which did not include a full cap instead of 5)
Being able to enter levels,
Which would look like 1-4, (4-9, 9-14, = Oddity 8) 14-19, 19-24, 24-29, 29-34, 34-39, 39-44, 44-49, etc.
Tbh a Cap at 5500xp/7550xp can not really be classed as an 'Elite cap'. (hence the ' ')
