Event guild leaderboard

Hey I want suggest a guild leader board for events where not only single players fight for Top 50placement. There could the whole guild compete for a top 3 or 5 spot. I would love it, tell me what u think. (for example all points from the guild collected together but for the points to be counted the player needs like at least 5k+ points so guilds don't win who just try to get more and more members)

There is Guild Ranking already which does pretty much the same thing.

Edit: Nevermind you said Events, my opinion is not valid. :P

Edit II: I think it sounds interesting, but it will probably be super hard to find a solution that's good for everyone. It's one of those things that can easily cause some drama in and outside the game. I don't think it's worth it.

Its obvious that top guilds will most likely compete with each other again, one thing that could happen is people migrating to these top guilds, as they would want to benefit, and help the guild to strive high during events.

We'll have guilds as big as Pangea or some sort if this happens. This also depends on the prize, if its anything interesting as an incentive.

Prizes should only be for the guild, not individual players. Because if its for every player in the guild, then players will complain that only X players are boosting the guild. Guild prizes for example: Exclusive very cool looking furnitures, exclusive new guildhall design, guild banner etc..

Here is how leaderboard could be calculated:

People who participated (did one run minimum) contribute 1 point.
People who made bronze tier contribute 2 point
People who made silver tier contribute 3 point
People who made gold tier contribute 4 point.
People who made plat tier contribute 5 points.
Leaderboard players in top 50 contribute 7 point regardless of rank
Leaderboard player who made top 25 contribute 10 point regardless of rank
Leaderboard player who made top 10/5 contribute 15 point.

The guild leaderboard is structured according to the total points a guild has. Leaderboard player don't drastically affect the point and guilds that are most active and have good runners as a whole get the leaderboard position they deserve as opposed to all leaderboard runners piling in one guild to push it to first

Pocket Legends have had three guild events where;
- All members contributed to the leader boards
- The top 10 contributed to the leader boards
- The top 50 members contributed to the leader boards

The prizes included exclusive vanities.

This type of guild events was successful in some sense, the first event the biggest guild on game allowed others to join them, almost the entire PL community was in one guild.

However these guild events caused so much drama on forums and game because of many toxic players, who complained and blamed others for being greedy to control the market with exclusive vanities.

PL no longer has guild events because of all the drama it caused, both from the backlash these toxic players gave towards Sts to them bickering with other players.
