Fps after client update

Game is lagging so much after client update. Literally 15-20 fps, and it's not my phone (I have snapdragon 845). My friends also have same problem. And camera distance became so high, is this how it supposed to be?

Also, vanity sets now have no effects, for example WL, zap sets etc. Ocd vanity has no eyes. Mage skills ice storm and frostbite are now black. Emote PAR-TAY is also broken.
