Whats difference does bronze, silver and gold tiers have, different prices or?

I was under the impression that, again, similar to the previous rewards from the last event. All tiers have access to the new vanities, with the higher the tier the more cheaper it is to buy from the vendor.
100k points for Gold Tier, is one price.
50k points for Silver Tier will be double the price of gold tier.
15k points for Bronze Tier will triple the price of gold tier.
The vanity reward sets this event are, the Devilish Firebat Vanity and the Shadowy Cavebat Vanity.
Last event the vanitys where:
The Honor Arena Individual Event/Level 30 and up Event vendor was Yngrad in the Balfort Castle towne .
Gold bought vanities character bound (weapon)
• Bronze Tier 750k each
• Silver Tier 500k each
• Gold Tier 250k each
Platinum vanity trade and stash friendly (weapon)
• Bronze Tier 300 platinum each
• Silver Tier 200 platinum each
• Gold Tier 100 platinum each
