Going from the countless threads made about this already, I'd say 'no'. Devs themselves said it was gone and we had to move forward. Another thread won't change that IMO.

atm as elite vanity we have:
helm
armor
shield
what prolly will be next:
weapon
pet
that means at least at lvl cap 76 we are full
so at lvl cap 81 they need to made new elite vanitys wich substitute the old ones. at least there u have the chance to get new ones.

STS has a planned road till lvl 100. (101 for hardcore?)
So there will be new vanities and armor...
Perhaps a totally new vanity set OR items that can be merched with the old set to make it better... Ya never know :)
no chance of persistence crown coming out and if there is it might be a different look
and if sts planning on goin got lvl 100 then there gotta be new skills or a chance of a new class by the way i see people complaining on having new skills and classes
