I downloaded lords mobile and i am a new used to it.. i hitted a level 2 monster to get plat and also level up castle to level 9 but i still dont get the plat.. Depending on which company you are using to get the free plat offers.
Each company has a different system to report unclaimed platnium rewards. Space Time Studios are not responsible if you do not receive your free plat. You need to contact the company that is offering this free plat service. Always read the conditions of the offer carefully and take screen shots as proof that you have completed the offer.
If you completed the offer with the company Ironsouce, scroll down to the end of the page and you will see the words "Missing platinum?"

Clicking on this will take you to their support website, where you can see a history of completed and incomplete offers. Choose the appropriate offer and report from there.
You should receive an automated email immediately, check your junk folder if it it not in your inbox. Always provide screen shots as proof and be persistent with your proof of completing the offer. There are occasions when they reject your report, because they are waiting on the company that you competed the offer with. Don't give up and keep trying. You will receive you platinum.
