View Full Version : Game very laggy recently

Hi Devs

Been having a mad surge of ping spikes over the past 2/3 weeks. Randomly get 10k-20k ping.. sometimes random disconnects. My isp assures me things are fine on their side and have asked me if its possible to have the arcane legends server ip to ping it to look for issues, or they suggest i get the Ip and port number to add it to my port forwarding option on my router.

Any help would be appreciated.

You can get the current auth server ips with:

nslookup account.spacetimestudios.com

Which should be fairly representative. All game servers are in amazon's us-east-1 region currently.

Hey Again

So it seems im not the only one having this issue in game. Theres lots of other people having random lags and spikes, sometimes disconnecting instantly.. Something up with the game server?

No, server performance has been fine, whatever's going on is network related.
