Next week we'll see double Magna and Victus drops, so if you need 'em, it's time to farm!

You need to be low level, below level 30 I think

Yep. Plus maps actually easier on low levels anyways. I suggest L10 or L16.

About kozners quests for ruined tokens
Kraag tomb 4 counts toward mob and bosses but kt1-3 doesn’t ? Kraken mines do not . Hauntlet does not . Seems like they all should
