Okay, so here's a bit of information regarding the loot that can be farmed in this year's Halloween Manor:
The ONLY loot that scales with your character's level is the loot dropped by the final boss in the last room of the map.
There is also the Krud boss, which spawns if a player has bought the Halloween Hunter's Elixir (chance to spawn Krud Stinkler)

As far as I know, all the loot Krud Strinkler drops, are levels 90, 100, 105 AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, they can liquidate/sell in your inventory for around 250k pure gold.
From my experience, the order of rarity these different leveled drops are in, goes: L100 as the most common, followed by L90, followed by the L105 drops which I still frequently get-just not as often.
Just a little clarification, for those whose eyes might have skipped reading what I put in brackets: all shields dropped from Krud Stinkler do not liquidate for over or around 250k gold. Their selling price in your inventory is only around 200 gold. Not sure if this is intentional by Cinco or not, but it is a bummer :/
