I'm running a lv 11 using the tokens to pay for runs, several runs have only paid one victus fragment during this 2X event.
I wanted to do some plat runs but this puts me off.

more testing;
Many runs do have multiple drops. Sometimes I loot aditional magna with my lv 11 farmer, sometimes my 71 loots victus, both can loot bound chests with either type.
I thought less than 30 was only supposed to get victus (& vice versa).
Just did 6 runs in a row on 71 and got one fragment each time.
is the bound chest supposed to be stashable, otherwise why not just make both types drop to either level normally.
it makes little sense...
